OPPORTUNITIES - NOISE FLICKS
CALL FOR SHORT FILM AND SCRIPTWRITING COMPETITION (Ages 14-18)
NOISE Flicks Film Festival’s aim is to showcase and celebrate talent of young people in South Dublin County.
Short Film Competition:
We are looking for short films (2-15 mins) of any type: drama, comedy, action, dance, documentary or animation.
Selection will be based on originality and creativity, strength of script/ story, and quality and contribution of editing, camera work and directing to the overall story. Decisions will be made by a panel of judges. Judges decisions are final. Films will be shortlisted for screening at RUA RED, South Dublin County Arts Centre on Friday 23rd March.
Scriptwriting Competition:
We are looking for a 2 minute script (about 2 - 3 pages) for a film of any type: drama, comedy, action, dance, documentary, or animation. The selection of the winner will be made by a panel of judges.
Awards for screenwriting will be given on Friday 23rd March in RUA RED, South Dublin County Arts Centre.

These competitions are open to individual young people (14-18) living or studying in South Dublin County as well as groups (such as schools, PLC, Third Level colleges or youth services) in South Dublin County. Those submitting to the festival must have at least one member of their group either living or studying in South Dublin County.
